Prior experience of production in Tamil film or television industry as line producer or executive producer.
Must have passion for films and be devoted to the craft of storytelling for divergent audiences.
Experience in a fast-paced production environment with exceptional attention to detail and film production management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil.
Must be a team-player; strong interpersonal skills with an ability to lead teams, demonstrate collaborative problem solving abilities and good at multi-tasking.
Right mix of skills and creativity, good judgement and must be a fast learner.
Should be Computer-savvy and working knowledge of any budgeting and scheduling software will be an added advantage.

Oversee every stage of the film production process – from script through post production.
Partner with internal stakeholders i.e. screenplay writers, directors, creative teams etc. for establishing film production schedules.
Assess key talent requirements; facilitate the hire of promising actors and film crew.
Oversee resource management in various stages of content creation across genres.
Ensure high quality, on-time delivery and on-budget execution of film- production.
